Our family business began in 2018 as a tiny farm stand in the woodshed at our tiny house. We sold lovingly grown vegetables while we were awaiting the birth of our baby. In 2019 we added about a dozen sourdough loaves per week to the farm stand, baked in our tiny house kitchen with our new baby in tow.
Seven years (and a lot of hard work) later, we made the leap to becoming a small commercial bakery producing 450 loaves per week. We are thrilled to be able to delivery our bread to six local stores, reaching as far as Plainfield, Hardwick, and East Calais.
